Backend Tech Lead & Senior Software Engineer
Fifteen years building and leading the delivery of resilient enterprise systems in Java and Spring Boot. I own technical design, code quality and implementation across microservice platforms — and bring AI-enhanced engineering into the team's daily practice in a measured, dependable way.
01 — Profile
I am a Backend Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer with over fifteen years implementing scalable enterprise solutions. My work sits at the intersection of technical design, implementation leadership and code-quality ownership — translating architecture intent into stable, performant backend systems that teams can keep evolving.
I lead by example inside the codebase: defining technical specifications, validating merge requests, guarding SOLID and clean-code standards, and mentoring engineers so that quality is shared rather than inspected in. I collaborate closely with architecture teams to keep solutions consistent, and I support modernization without losing the stability the business depends on.
I work fluently across three languages and multicultural teams, and I treat AI-enhanced engineering as a practical capability — one more disciplined tool for accelerating delivery, documentation and onboarding.
Designing backend solutions and integration in step with the architecture team.
Steering how designs become reliable Java 21 / Spring Boot 3.5 systems.
Code reviews, merge-request validation, SOLID and Sonar quality gates.
Mentoring, technical documentation and dependable delivery coordination.
02 — Expertise
Robust service and domain design, integration boundaries, and performance-aware solutions developed in collaboration with architecture teams.
Deep, current command of Java 21, Spring Boot 3.5, Hibernate/JPA, Spring Batch and the broader JVM delivery toolchain.
Service decomposition and reliable communication over REST, SOAP and gRPC, with Flyway-managed schemas and Oracle at the core.
Implementation leadership across teams: technical specifications, design consistency, and clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.
Code reviews, merge-request validation, SOLID and Sonar quality gates, Agile/Scrum coordination and dependable delivery.
Pragmatic use of LLM tooling and prompt engineering to accelerate development, documentation and knowledge transfer.

04 — AI-Enhanced Engineering
I treat modern AI tooling as a practical multiplier on top of strong fundamentals — adopted deliberately, evaluated honestly, and kept inside the team's quality standards.
Using LLM-based assistants to accelerate implementation, refactoring and review preparation — always held to the same quality gates as any other code.
Integrating assistants into the day-to-day loop: code understanding, test scaffolding, and faster onboarding into complex enterprise codebases.
Designing reliable, repeatable prompts for engineering tasks so AI output is consistent, verifiable and safe to build on.
Assessing tools pragmatically — security, accuracy, fit and cost — before recommending where they belong in a delivery process.
Using generative AI to prototype quickly and to accelerate technical documentation and knowledge transfer across the team.
